Label Printer

**About the role**

We are recruiting for a Label Printer operative to ensure accurate printing of labels ahead of production requirements. The role reports to the Administration Manager and ensure adherence to the DataGuard system, Commercial and Technical approval of all labels and document control of the release and return of all labels and film.

**About you**

Effective verbal and communication skills are essential in addition to being a team player. You will have proven packhouse production and label printing experience. Attention to details and accuracy are essential.

**Reporting to**: Site Operations Supervisor

**Hours**:Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours over 4 days per week to include one day at the weekend, shifts will be discussed on the interview stage.

**Location**: Orchard Farm, School Road, Salford Priors

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- To ensure adherence to the DataGuard system
- To ensure accurate printing of labels ahead of production requirements
- To ensure Commercial and Technical approval of all labels
- To ensure documented control of the release and return of all labels and film
- To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- To adhere to Angus Soft Fruits’ policies and procedures.
- To undertake any other duty commensurate with the role

**Essential criteria**
- Proven pack house production experience
- Label Printing experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal stakeholder relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team
- Ability to embed and live ASF Values

Pay: £11.65-£12.20 per hour
