Working Site Foreman

UK Restoration Services is a leading specialists in structural and building restoration. Working throughout the UK, we take pride in reinstating the nations-built heritage with a consistently high standard to meet and exceed client expectations.
- 5+ years’ experience as a site lead/supervisor
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS card
- Skilled and experienced in masonry
- First Aid certificate
- Plan workload and organise others
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Solve challenging problems and proactively find solutions in changing situations
- Carry out risk assessments
- Contribute to setting out and design
- Be proactive with good communication skills
- Prepare materials, lists and arrange deliveries in advance
- Complete activities to a very high standard
40+ hours per week with option of weekend work.
Working away as required - accommodation, travel and bonus provided.
Additional training and development available for up-to-date health & safety and an opportunity to expand on traditional and heritage techniques.
Stable opportunity with long term employment.
Negotiable pay (hourly rate) depending on experience.
