Working closely with the HR Specialists, the HR Adviser will suggest and implement process improvements around the day to day tasks to benefit our customer outcomes.
We currently have an opportunity either a permanent position.
**Colleague**:

- Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders
- Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
- Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
- Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

**Key Responsibilities For This Role**:

- Provide HR & Pay related guidance to the M&G Plc business both in the UK and Internationally and identify process improvements
- Support UK Border Agency requirements and other regulatory activity
- Carry out HR and Pay related changes linked to the Employee Lifecycle ensuring all activities remain compliant and within policy, legislation, regulatory guidelines and risk appetite
- To participate in key BAU and Project runway within the HR Operations team
- Understand and be competent in all general tasks and processes within the team

**Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of HR administration and handling customer (internal or external) queries directly
- Previous experience of utilising Workday
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience of managing a range of tasks and responsibilities within an HR environment
- A strong customer focus
