**About the Role**
The Pendleton School of Performing and Production Arts is looking for a highly inspirational and dynamic person to lead our Centre of Excellence and to continue to build on the outstanding success and national reputation of the Pendleton Performing Arts Season of Shows.
Experience of working as a Theatre Company Manager/ Director is desirable.
They will also work to further enhance the regional and national profile of the Performing Arts Department, engaging with students, staff and parents at the college and further strengthen links with partner schools, renowned dance schools, drama schools, university, the local community and the Arts Industry in the region.
