Brand Ambassador

Overview:
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to manage existing and establish new on and off trade relationships and activities across the South West and South Central region.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with consumers, build brand awareness, and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspire both individual consumers and trade to become Ramsbury customers and ambassadors
- Drive sales of all products to achieve business targets and help deliver our Annual Revenue Plan
- Generate and following up on new sales opportunities
- Maintain existing relationships and sales
- Act as the face of the brand ensuring the highest standards are always upheld
- Conduct comprehensive trainings, tastings and events across the portfolio
- Run trade shows and events to showcase our brand
- Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new business partners and markets
- Promote new ways to serve existing clients better, relentlessly driving performance
- Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums)
- Assist in organizing marketing events
- Track customers’ preferences and relaying marketing advertising and positioning ideas
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments
- Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities

**Experience**:
Creative and inspiring approach to be able to delight and influence consumers and customers

Brand and Category knowledge across Beers and Spirits with particular experience in process, ingredients, provenance and trends

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritising, time management and organisational skills

Good business and commercial foresight

Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship building and influencing skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
