Head of International Payroll and Benefits

The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of International Payroll and Benefits to join our UK team in London to work closely with internal and external audit teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and processing additions and changes to payroll system and ensure accounting distribution and preparation of deductions.
- Collating all holiday, starters & leavers are processed correctly and updated accordingly
- Answering questions from employees and managers regarding payroll matters, records, deductions, and procedures.
- Analyzing and processing changes on internal reports and recommend changes.
- Coordinating and processing any irregular payments.
- Preparing input documents for automated data processing system.
- Handling sensitive and confidential data and pay transactions, that require accuracy and discretion, throughout. Always maintain a high level of professional confidentiality and accuracy.
- Making sure all payroll data is collated and inputted correctly
- Utilizing the various internal and external payroll and HR systems to perform duties.
- Providing advice, guidance and on payroll queries, policies, procedures, and systems to both managers and colleagues to deliver a great colleague experience.
About you
You will have a relevant degree qualification. You have experience with team management and technical payroll. You have experience processing overseas payrolls and working with Zellis/Resource Link in-house systems.
A CIPP certification is an advantage.
You are digitally savvy and an expert user of MS Office software and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
