We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. **As a cook at our home, your role may involve**:
Delivering the highest possible culinary standards to residents by providing nutritious, well-balanced and appetising meals from a clean, safe and hygienic environment
Supporting with controlling the catering budget
Submitting food orders
Managing/supporting with all the day to day aspects of the catering operation
Compliance with quality and safety standards
This role sits below the 2nd Chef and Head Chef

What are we looking for?

Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for producing fresh, home cooked food, from scratch to the highest standards.
Recipe costing skills and food budgeting experience.
Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, ability to integrate well with others.
Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads.
Food Hygiene Level 2, or willing to undertake
