**Customer Service Advisor - Evenings and Weekends**

We have an **immediate vacancy available** for a Customer Service Account Advisor to join our dedicated and bubbly customer services team **covering evenings and weekends**. This is a **permanent part-time opportunity**, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

We are currently offering a basic salary of £10.82 per hour with the opportunity to **increase earnings through our attractive commission scheme and enticing incentives**. We are looking for someone who is available to cover the hours between 16:00- 20:00 Monday to Friday and available to cover either a Saturday shift 09:00- 17:00 or Sunday shift 10:00 - 16:00 on an alternative basis, working between 21.5 to 23.5 hours a week.

**THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE**

From day one, our Customer Service Advisors have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, where they will manage customer cases from start to finish, providing an informative advice and positive customer serviceexperience.

A typical day in the life of our **Evening and Weekend Customer Service Advisor** will include:

- Managing the handover from day staff to support with contacting unreachable customers during the day
- Managing the Customer Service inboxes, contacting customers and advising next steps
- Offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers (internal and external).
- Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
- Contacting customers upon completion of their installations.
- Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
- Liaising with our Sales Designers, Surveyors and Installers to proactively resolve any queries throughout all stages of the installation process.

We are looking for someone who is vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile and takes a problem-solving approach to all customer queries.

Technical skills and product knowledge can be learned so don’t worry if you have limited experience in Customer Services; all that we ask is that you have a desire to learn, are a clear and effective communicator and competent in basic IT systems. We canteach you the rest with our customer services development and training programmes.

Our Head Office is based in Hinckley, Leicester, and is commutable from Lutterworth, South Leicester, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Coventry and Rugby.
