Nursery Cook

You are required to
Have an understanding of Safer food better business.
Have knowledge of basic food hygiene procedures, recording temperatures and all statutory records.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Have an awareness of all current legislation relating to food preparation and storage.
Have experience of preparing menus.
Cater and provide a nutritional and varied menu for approximately 55 children a day.
Have an understanding of individual dietary requirements of children with allergies or religious preferences.
Manage budget and order provisions.
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. 9-4pm weekdays.
