Fix This Bike operates throughout London offering bicycle servicing and repair straight to the customer's door. To meet growing demand, we are recruiting a Contracted Full-Time Bicycle Mechanic for our Barbican Location.
- Customer-focused and able to develop customer relationships
- Able to provide quality backup support for the rest of the team
- An experienced mechanic, qualified to at least Cytech level 2 (level 3 preferred) or equivalent
- Experience with E-bikes (preferred)
- Methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good at solving problems with a ‘can do’ proactive approach
- Works well under pressure with high seasonal workloads
- Ability to work with hydraulic brake systems, electronic gear shifting, e-bike maintenance, suspension servicing, wheel building, and capacity to learn fast on the job.
- Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge
- Familiar with POS and workshop booking software

**Contracted from July 2023 - October 2023 with the potential of extending to a permanent position depending on overall performance.**

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
