We are a small and friendly care home, surrounded by landscaped grounds in Lamerton. Experience of buildings maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, decorating & joinery skills is essential. You will also be experienced in grounds maintenance works and carry out other reasonable duties as required. An eye to detail and ability to work on your own initiative is essential to ensure the property and grounds are maintained to a high standard. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure. Clean driving licence and own transport are essential due to location.
Pay: £12.35 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
