**The Role**
Rainbow Nursery are looking for a Trainee Early Years Practitioner to join their setting. You will work directly with your colleagues to create an educational, caring environment for your children and a fulfilling and enjoyable workplace experience for your colleagues whilst you complete your SVQ level 3 CCLD.
in the role you will:
- Ensure each play room provides the best possible educational experience for children.
- Ensure each play room provides a caring and nurturing environment for all children.
- Work alongside practitioners to deliver the current curriculums for children from birth to school age.
- Work in a team to support, plan and evaluate activities with colleagues on a regular basis.
- Drive your own self-development and continuous improvement with ongoing training and research.
- Work with your team to develop your Room and vision.
- Working in partnership with parents/carers on children’s learning.
- Ensure that health and safety are kept to a high standard within the learning environments.
- Working within local and national guidelines such as Care Inspectorate. Fife Council and Child Protection.

You are able to adapt to change and work proactively to solve problems in partnership with your colleagues.
**Salary**: £10,982.40-£21,174.40 per year
