Key Account Support - £30k

**Job objectives and responsibilities**

Successfully develop client relationships with two of our major clients and build a strong working relationship with other team members working on the contracts

**Main duties**
- **MUST** have a driving license as will need to cover Liverpool and Wirral areas (and sometimes further afield in Derbyshire if requested)
- **MUST **have an in date counterbalance FLT license
- **MUST** be flexible in working arrangements and patterns to cover various staffing levels across the contracts and may be required to stay overnight if required, in advance (fully expensed)
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships with internal staff and external clients
- Can analyse basic data and interpret simple trends in waste management data
- Preparation and maintenance of commercial costings for internal staff and external clients for projects and one-off jobs
- Ensuring client compliance with current legislation and organised housekeeping of documents (hard copy and via SharePoint system)
- **MUST** be able to use excel confidently and ideally PowerBI knowledge
- Auditing both suppliers and clients' sites (accompanied to begin with)
- Future development of the on-site waste & recycling centre in Liverpool
- Managing a small operations team at the waste & recycling centre in Liverpool (when operational) and acting as support as and when required
- Working with the client to manage fly tipped wastes, office clearances and adhoc disposal requests as and when required

- Has excellent communication and written skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments
- Has the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Has experience in the waste industry with a working knowledge of waste and recycling best practice, including innovative approaches for waste
- Can communicate with people across all levels of the organisation
- Is committed to improving knowledge and skills
- Has good presentation skills
- Flexible and service delivery focused
- Has the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Ideally experienced in the waste industry with a working knowledge of waste and recycling best practice, including innovative approaches for waste
- Is committed to improving knowledge and skills
- Comfortable in physical waste collections and disposal and working outdoors in all conditions
- Has a can do attitude/approach
- Flexible and service delivery focused
