Contractor Co-ordinator

Preferred Management are recruiting for the role of Contractor coordinator. We operate a network of approximately 700 engineers who work on our home emergency insurance contracts. We are constantly looking for new engineers in areas around the UK so have a requirement for a new coordinator to identify and recruit new tradesman.

This is not a sales role, however a persuasive determined personality is a requirement.

- Working to preset target areas to identify new tradesmen suitable to add to our network.
- Following up with calls to explain our company process.
- Managing documents relevant to the prospective engineer/tradesman.
- Build long term relationships with suppliers

- Excellent Communication skills.
- Professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Pragmatic approach when dealing with difficult situations.
- Excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload.
- Outgoing personality.

- **There is a degree of flexibility however we are looking for 37.5 hours per week. Start and finish times to be confirmed**_
