- This role is to support the delivery management of network assets into the EE network. The delivery is to support both unilateral & shared NTQ sites. The role is to take projects from survey through to activation, with the management small works contractors, MBNL & Ericsson ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Our customers rely on your expertise to make sure that our promises are delivered. You’ll be in team of experienced delivery managers, driving to meet our business goals.
- In this role, you will be part of a small but very friendly and supportive team. It's an exciting time to join as we are undergoing and driving change within this team as we utilise new systems.
**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Managing small works contractors throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure correct decisions are made to retain network coverage and capacity
- Delivering projects to budget and time constraints whilst keeping the best interest of the business at the forefront of the project ensuring quality is not compromised
- Manage supplier KPI’s and ensure all delivery targets are met
- Provide regular reporting to seniors and be able to report at director level
- Drive supplier delivery of NTQ replacement sites to ensure replacement sites are delivered before the exit date of the NTQ site.
- Ensure tools and systems are up to date
- Collaborate with BT’s acquisition, radio, customer experience & transmission teams to ensure all disciplines are delivered in a timely manner
You'll have the following skills and experience
- Knowledge of project management, delivery management, design, build and the typical skills and experiences required by our customers.
- Knowledge of Site Tracker and MBNL/EE Tools (Nemesis, etc.)
- You can engage with stakeholders (up to director level) to report on delivery
- Weekly reporting for the Governance review
- Ability to work within a complex matrix environment, with lots of projects and multiple priorities.
