**Food Production Supervisor**

**About You**

- Experience of working within a food preparation facility/kitchen

**About The Role**
We currently produce a range of quality vegetable products, that are peeled, sliced, diced or cut into various shapes and sizes, you will be working within our production room, preparing each product using various machinery or equipment and packing them into large tubs ready for bagging and labelling, production is set around customers daily orders which makes for a fast-moving, busy and varied day.
- Leading a team to successfully deliver your KPI’s and drive business performance.
- Responsible for accurately producing customer orders, taking due care and attention to ensure the goods are produced to specifications whilst maintaining all food standards.
- Promote Delifresh Values in your and your team's behaviours
- You will coach, develop and lead your team and establish a continuous improvement culture.
- to ensure that the site is legally compliant & all records (site & people) are up to date.
- Working alongside the leadership teams to ensure a smooth and slick operation across the site.
- Take ownership of your decisions and team culture
- Keep all work areas clean and tidy and promote clean-as-you-go performance
