**Role Snapshot**

To provide safe and effective exercise instruction, machine induction and programming.

To deliver a high quality customer service to all users, ensuring you promote a positive image of the both the centre and the Councils.

Undertake inductions including par q assessments including following up on the initial induction with individual fitness programmes, offering advice and review existing programmes.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supervise the Gym and Studio areas
- Undertake inductions including par q assessments including following up on the initial induction with individual fitness programmes, offering advice and review existing programmes.
- Complete Health and Safety Checks
- Ensure the centre is clean and presentable and ready for business
- Our teams work across our 4 leisure centres so you need to be able to have your own means transport and enjoy this flexible working style

**You must have**

Either have or be prepared to complete a level 2 gym instructors qualification via a recognised training provider and a First Aid Qualification. Previous experience in a leisure centre Gym/Fitness environment, with good concentration skills and the abilityto communicate clearly and professionally with our customers.
