LEGAL & BUSINESS AFFAIRS, c. 3-7 YEARS' PQE LEGAL & BUSINESS AFFAIRS CONSULTANCY LONDON & WFH THE ORGANISATION We are working with a fast-growth professional services firm with offices in London and the US. It offers strategic support to start-ups, scale-upsand SMEs to ensure its clients, predominantly in the tech and creative sectors and pre-IPO stage, are investable and scalable. They have created a new role for a generalist lawyer to join the team. THE ROLE You will work directly with your clients' C-Suite,in-house lawyers and external law firms on multi-jurisdictional commercial and company/corporate matters, including large scale strategic partnerships and agreements, MSA's, JVs, core technology and IP agreements, corporate filings and potentially fundraising,governance, employment and privacy issues. THE CANDIDATE You will have a minimum of c.3 years' PQE and demonstrable experience in the matters outlined above. You should be based in London and qualified in a common law jurisdiction with a broad, generalistskillset. This role will suit a well-rounded, adaptable, hands-on lawyer with strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
