The team processes and updates our bespoke software with advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions. The team also creates and amends Advisor records based on research and feedback from regional teams.

**Overview of role/responsibilities for the interns**

Moody's Analytics' Data Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) research department is looking for interns for a 10-week assignment.

**The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be**:

- Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions.
- Amending and updating company record information.
- Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
- Processing daily or weekly projects by following team’s research processes.
- Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English
- Must have good organisational, time-keeping and attention to detail skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel highly desirable
