Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small team for one of the areas leading estate agents in our new Easingwold office.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the heart of our branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily liaison with customers, managing enquiries and offering exceptional customer service.
- Booking property viewings, using our bespoke system for record-keeping.
- Encouraging further interest in properties through second viewings and offers, and efficiently entering customer feedback into our system.
- Generating offers and progressing them to sale and completion.
- Identifying opportunities for new business and booking valuation appointments.
- Building strong relationships with clients and third-party operators to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Delivering excellent customer service by liaising with clients and solicitors, and overseeing sales progression.
- Liaising with clients with periodic reports to ensure marketing is maximised on sales properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales or rental process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth property transactions
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes
- Assist in marketing activities to attract potential clients
This role is available on either a full time role or job share.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
