**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity here at Skipton Building Society in a brand-new role as a Financial Crime Training Co-ordinator. The key output for this role will be to support and co-ordinate financial crime Training & Development administration activities across the Society and external partners. You will work closely with the Financial Crime Trainer and be at hand to support them with any administration tasks.

Main Responsibilities

As a Financial Crime Training Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the identification, organisation & support for training events & Supporting materials. You will support the co-ordination & management of the planning & organisation of training programmes and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external regarding course attendance.

You will also be responsible for:

- Collating and analysing MI on training & development attendance and pass rates, reporting any issues/trends
- Supporting the Financial Crime Trainer with any administration tasks that are involved with facilitating and delivering training programmes/courses
- Creating & maintaining a Training Dashboard/roadmap
- Supporting the Financial Crime team in the planning and coordination of development activities
- Document and distribute Financial Crime policy, Ant Bribery and Corruption Policy and Financial Crime Principles
- Liaise with internal departments to support the delivery of training events that are fit for purpose and cover the key risks
- High level of attention to detail
- Written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads effectively
- To thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to gather and manage information effectively, efficiently, and ethically
- Knowledge of financial crime typologies and methodologies would be an advantage
