**About the Role**:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a dedicated maintenance team: Manage a small but skilled on-site maintenance team.
- Preventative Maintenance: Identify and address potential issues in our facilities to prevent breakdowns.
- Hands-On Maintenance Tasks: Engage in a variety of maintenance activities, including handling compressed air systems, production equipment, and basic electrical works.
- Contractor Management: Oversee external contractors, ensuring all maintenance activities meet our high standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements across our facilities and spearhead new projects from design to commissioning.
- Safety and Compliance: Be a proactive member of our health and safety team, maintaining our strong safety record.
- Inventory and Procurement Management: Keep track of maintenance stock and handle the ordering of necessary spare parts.

**About You**
- Someone with a recognised operational qualification or an apprenticeship in maintenance.
- Hold a general safety certificate or similar.
- A strong communicator who can lead and motivate a team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's goals and safety standards.
