Phlebotomist

**GP Phlebotomist - Bartlett Group Practice**

We are one very busy GP practice working across two sites, providing care for a population of around 28,000 patients. Situated around the Surrey Hills, we are an ever-growing and evolving practice looking to provide a great opportunity for a phlebotomist to join our friendly, hardworking team.

**Job Details - Responsibilities and Duties**:
We have a position to join our team for part-time hours.

**Skills/Qualities**

Previous experience is desired but not essential. Full training and support will be given. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in phlebotomy with a natural aptitude for building relationships with patients and colleagues, empathy and a ‘can do’ attitude.

We are committed to staff development and training and the successful applicant will be supported to develop themselves professionally.

**You will**:

- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by your line manager / practice managers.
- Be expected to be flexible and cover annual leave and sickness.
- Work as part of a team to provide the best care possible for our patients.
- Be able to work across both of our sites in Frimley Green and Ash Vale.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be computer literate
- English to a good standard is required.

WTE: Starting at £18,973.50. (WTE 37.5 hours a week).

**Salary**: £18,973.50 per year
