Trainee Resourcer

**Trainee Resourcer (Apprentice) - Energy**

Monday to Thursday, 0800am - 1700pm and Friday, 0800 - 1600pm (39 hours per week)

**Key skills required**
- Strong communication skills and confident using the telephone
- Confident I.T. skills to fully utilise the tech stack we have available
- Able to produce copy when writing adverts

**Duties within this role will include**
- Provide database administration support and load new companies / prospects into FireFish in preparation for the consultants to call
- Gain market insights and leads from conversations and inputting the information found onto the CRM
- CV formatting for the Delivery team
- Manage social media and post content provided by senior team members
- Update company website with new roles on a weekly basis
- Manage the Indeed account, ensuring all vacancies are posted in real time

**Once competent with the above tasks, the following activities will be introduced.**
- Advertising (producing copy, placing adverts onto websites and publications)
- Response Handling
- Diary Management
- Researching and providing marketing insights for new and existing clients
- Sending out Interview confirmations / performing interview check-ins
- Updating Personal Development Plan (PDP) and Work in Progress (WIP) sheets

**After 6 months within this role, we can also look to introduce.**

**Career progression for this role can take two routes.**
- Route 1 - Senior Resourcer
- Route 2 - Delivery Consultant

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.00 per hour
