Are you looking to become a Trainer and to build a career with a Top 3 Global Company in the Wind Turbine sector.
Do you have and engineering background? Have you got experience in training and mentoring staff? Are you looking for dedicated Wind Turbine Training to become a Trainer in the wind turbine sector?
On offer is a Technical Trainer position for a global OEM and industry leading wind turbine company based out of Stirling, Scotland. You will receive training in all areas of wind turbine maintenance, where once qualified you will then in turn train new employeeson all aspects of Wind Turbine Maintenance, H&S and the technical aspects of wind turbine generators.
This position will require travel, to sites across the UK &, Ireland and occasionally attend meetings and conferences on best practice and new technologies at HQ in Germany so some flexibility is required.
As part of a close knit training team, you will learn and technically develop on this companies products initially becoming a specialist in every area, to then train new employees and existing staff furthering the overall development of the company.
This role would suit a Lead Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or Trainer with mentoring experience from a range of Engineering backgrounds looking to have dedicated technical OEM training and to have a career with an industry leading and global Wind Turbinecompany.
The Role:

- Technical Training of engineering Staff, Train the Trainer, and occasionally engineering subcontractors
- Dedicated on the job technical OEM personal training with career goals and development.
- Site visits to wind farms around the UK & Ireland
- Your Initial Training period will be based in Manchester

The Person:

- Lead Engineer, Supervisor, Authorized technician or similar
- mentoring / training background from any hands on engineering background
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background
- Flexible to travel with Full UK Driving License
- Lives in a commutable distance to Stirling, Scotland
