**Lithographic Printer**

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a production and quality focused Lithographic Printer capable of working in a high volume and demanding environment to join a leading printer. The role requires a meticulous, hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will show an admirable work ethic and be committed to delivering each job to the highest of standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate a Heidelberg B2 5 colour Speedmaster litho press.

Complete all necessary quality control checks.

Adhere to all production procedures.

Keep to the required KPI's.

Use equipment to produce a high standard of work at optimum output.

Ensure the press in maintained following the company procedures and schedule.

Assist in ensuring that the site is in a tidy condition and operates in accordance with all health and safety requirements.

In the event of little or no work on the press, the willingness to help in any other area of the Company.

**Skills Required**:
Must have experience in operating Heidelberg B2/B1 Speedmaster printing presses or similar machines.

Be technical and able to troubleshoot effectively.

Should have a keen eye for quality and a flexible approach to their work.

Have strong communication skills.

Work to you own initiative and forward plan.

**Shifts**:
37.5 hours a week 1.30pm to 9pm (permanent late shifts), Monday to Friday. Once probation period completed, shifts can be spread over Monday to Thursday without the need to work Friday night or allowing for an early finish Friday.
