The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), as an expert working closely with members of the Nursing and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) will be based within the Arthroplasty Service at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH). Utilising a high degree of autonomy and complex decision making you will triage, assess, and review patients referred to the Arthroplasty Service. This will include surgical outpatients and inpatients and metal on metal patients.

You will be required to ensure appropriate assessments, investigations and advanced procedures are carried out and results acted on appropriately.

Working collaboratively, you will use audit, research, evidence-based practice, and peer review to develop the service.
