A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner has arisen to join a large company based in Maidenhead. This role offers hybrid working options and excellent exposure to senior stakeholders.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an expert in providing financial information, advice, guidance, and can build effective relationships to support staff across the organisation in achieving our objectives and maximising the impact of our profit

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor financial information and provide analysis and insight on financial performance. This insight includes supporting our stakeholders developing their budgets and forecasts and monitoring these against actual costs whilst considering and evaluatingthe impact of risks on budgets. You also expected to challenge their thinking and helping them to make informed decisions
- Understand the correlation between key drivers and data across systems
- Extract and analyse multiple sources and large volumes of data
- Demonstrable track record of providing value adding financial information
- Desire to make improvements to current processes and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or Finalist
- Experience working in a finance business partner role (or similar) within the manufacturing industry
- Advanced in Excel and provide input for continuous process improvement.
- Accomplished in budgeting and forecasting
- Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities against conflicting deadlines
