Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Grade/Salary: Level 1, £20,000 - £22,000 Depending on experience

**About the role.**

The role holder will be required to action a wide range of admin tasks such as Lead allocation, manual invoicing, auditing and absence reporting just to mention a few; therefore they will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to priorities their workload to ensure tasks are actioned accordingly.

**The key accountabilities and responsibilities will include the following**:

- Sales Force Administration
- Population of Rate Amendments / Profiles to support our Sales Teams
- Provide Customer Rate Information
- Ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- HR Administrative support to commercial departments - reporting of absence / Complete screening and vetting for new employees
- Track IT Equipment supplied and receipt of handover agreement
- Recover Equipment following loss of account
- Group Account Administration - set up / liaising with depots
- Stationery Orders
- Building relationships with the various teams we work with
- Comply with GDPR when handling personal data

**What are the requirements?**
- Parcel Sector knowledge would be advantageous, as a minimum experienced gained within a fast-paced, target oriented environment is required
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
- Data savvy - Analysis and interpret team data, presenting the findings to the business in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring to manage expectations as needed and delivering excellent customer service
- Good working knowledge of DHL systems, processes and procedures is desirable but not essential
