**The Role**
Wessex Internet are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Team Lead position on a 6-months FTC. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, can-do character to join the friendly, motivated sales team. Each day you will be making a positive difference to rural communities by offering our ultra-fast broadband packages.
You will report & work with the Head of Sales to update on any streamlining of processes as well as assisting in sales strategy development. You must have the ability to motivate the team and inspire a positive mental attitude. As the team leader you will be part of every new starter onboarding process. You will be the mentor for all apprentice starters this includes training and coaching.

**Salary**: £27,000- £32,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus.
