Technical Co-ordinator

Company Overview: Established over 30 years ago, Hawkesworth is a renowned electrical testing company who have become a leader in the field. As we continue to thrive, we are seeking a Technical Co-ordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compiling parts lists based on engineers' reports.
- Coordinating with suppliers to gather quotations, place orders for parts, and oversee deliveries.
- Processing engineer reports.
- Updating and managing the customer database.
- Utilising our CRM system to schedule engineers' work.
- Ensuring adherence to our high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Knowledge of electrical testing services and related products would be beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.

**Salary**: From £24,500.00 per year
