Gardener/handyman/driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardener and Handy Man. You will be responsible for maintaining gardens on site and off site, performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. There may well be extra driving requirements from time to time so a clean full driving licence is required

**Duties**:

- Perform gardening and general maintenance tasks such as repaire and maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Repair or replace damaged components or structures
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Skills**:

- Gardening skills and knowledge of grounds maintenance
- Carpentry skills for repairs and installations
- Painting skills for touch-ups and renovations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

Pay: £13.44-£14.29 per hour
