We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Premium Branded Main Car Dealership in the Maidenhead area.

They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

**Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor**:

- Up To £29,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (£650 Monthly Average)
- Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings (8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Premium Branded Main Car Dealership Environment
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor Background Required + Kerridge DMS Experience Advantageous
- Small Close-Knit Aftersales Service Team - Full Support Given
- Manufacturer Training & Career Development Opportunities

**Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client**:

- Meet and greet customers in person
- Booking customers in the diary
- To match and exceed monthly sales targets
- Paper work processing to brand guidelines
- To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times

**What our Client expects of their Service Advisors**:

- Previous experience within the trade
- Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
- Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
