**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Exterior Lead Designer**
**Interior Lead Designer**

**Primary Role**
Lead Designer create design solutions for Exterior Hardware automotive customer’s new products in an efficient and effective manner. Working closely with Exterior Design Manager and the Head of Exterior Design.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ability to transfer designs, sketch’s and ideas into alternative digital design media.
- Deliver proposals and concepts integrating brand values and strategy in 2D, 3D and other digital media
- Develop and presentation of formal and functional solutions using innovation and creativity
- Creation of high visual quality designs to agreed technical and ergonomic requirements
- Supervise design development proposals in house and in co-operation with external partners
- Ensuring Product Emergence Process (PEP) is applied and followed throughout the process
- Be capable of leading on a specific exterior project and act as the single point of contact for Interface with customer design team and Quest offshore design team
- **Skills & Qualifications**:

- A degree within Automotive Design or similar experience are required
- Excellent knowledge on Catia v5 is essential
- Skill to design and develop innovative design proposals
- Excellent cross company communication skills at all levels
