For a more relaxed experience our day-time tavern and night-time bistro combined with the adjacent Bodmin Jail attraction offers the chance for courtyard dining to soak up all the heritage and intrigue of this amazing property.

**Breakfast Supervisor**

It’s the most important meal of the day and we take our responsibility to make sure that our guests have a luxury breakfast very seriously, we want to retain our authentic approach and set our guests up well for a day of exploring the wonderful Cornish landscapes. We are looking to add to our wonderful F&B team people who thrive on being the early bird and can be a memorable part of the Bodmin Jail experience. You will need to be able to work independently, anticipate the needs of guests and be prepared and able to think on your feet.
