The Mortgage Servicing team process customer service-related tasks for the lending brands within OSB Group.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of mortgage related activities for OSB Group and its associated subsidiaries in addition to assisting with mortgage administration enquires from customers, solicitors, intermediaries and internal referrals including those from the OSB back office support team in India. In this blended and varied role, you will have the opportunity to utilise a variety of skills and gain valuable experience professionally and personally.

Your responsibilities will include
- Providing a consistently high quality of customer service to both external and internal customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that all assigned tasks and enquires relating to mortgage accounts are dealt with promptly and efficiently to ensure SLAs are met and maintained.
- Taking responsibility for your own work and proactively seek to support other team members in achieving theirs.
- Working closely with the off shore Mortgage Servicing and Customer Support team to respond to requests relating to mortgage accounts
- Ensuring that customer outcomes, service level and key controls and quality measures meet the required standards in respect to Mortgage Servicing.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary of £20,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%

Could you be the one?:

- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a team environment is essential.
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a financial services environment would be an advantage.
- Ability to deal with phone enquiries in a confident manner is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
