TSR Legal are proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading providers of costs services who now have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join their Cardiff offices on a full-time basis.
You will have the responsibility of handling day-to-day administration duties, offering general support for the office and will provide support to colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of both the team and office. This role would be suitable for individuals with administration experience in Financial Services, looking to further their career.
Key Responsibilities
General file administration including maintenance of matters in the case management system, file openings, assigning tasks, diarising critical dates and file closure and dealing with standard correspondence.
Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, experts and legal agencies.
Preparation and maintenance of internal and external management information and reports.
Monitoring workflow and ensuring delivery against service level agreements and quality standards.
Creating and developing reporting solutions.
Providing management information and analysing trends to improve service delivery.
Key Competencies and Experience
Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills with the ability to influence and make changes where required.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client communications and deliverables.
Ability to work with colleagues at all levels and maintain good working relationships.
Flexibility in working styles and ability to adapt to change.
Strong client service orientation.
Experience of building and maintaining client relationships in a professional services environment.
Solution oriented with a positive, pragmatic, robust and resourceful approach.
Confident enough to challenge constructively combined with a level of resilience.
Experience of organisational development and change management and the ability to respond positively to changing requirements.
Demonstrable experience of thinking strategically to find commercial solutions that are in line with best practice, the firm's policies and meet the needs of the business.
Possess a good level of commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to contribute to the wider business.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
