Life as a Performance Marketing Executive

Medik8 is on a meteoric growth trajectory as we aim to scale internationally and through multi-channel expansion. As Performance Marketing Executive, you will join our newly formed Global Markets EMEA division and report to the Head of Acquisition.

You will play a crucial role in delivering revenue through all performance media channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO. Through day to day management of the channels, you will work alongside agencies to launch in-channel campaignactivity and optimise performance to achieve our ambitious business goals.

Your innovative and strategic thinking will play a key role in revitalising our existing paid channels and buildinga lasting digital connection with new and existing customers across the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies to maximise the efficiency of campaign plans
- Securing the success of campaigns across paid media through owning the channel planning and briefing process, ensuring campaigns are always delivering to their highest potential - with hands on support when needed
- Helping the business understand how key digital channels are performing through detailed channel performance against business KPIs and budget
- Bringing an external perspective of the digital marketing landscape into the business to ensure we continue to evolve our activity in this space
- Have completed a degree in a relevant discipline
- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role agency or in-house
- Have experience in setting up and optimising Google Ad and Paid Social campaigns
- Have experience with using GoogleAdWords and GoogleAnalytics
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data to improve and drive business performance
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter who can turn their hand to any task
- Experience working with Affiliate Networks is a bonus, but not a requirement
