The Adult Nursing Division at London South Bank University run innovative and well-established programmes in Pre-registration Adult Nursing, Nursing Associates Apprenticeship, Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship and Post-registration Adult Nursing. We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate Associate Lecturers to join our well-established and expanding team.

Whether at undergraduate or post graduate level LSBU aims to ensure our students are challenged to meet the needs of patients and service users in a variety of health and social care settings. A student focused approach is essential as is a willingness to use and learn the latest thinking in digital and technological tools for student support and learning.

We expect applicants to understand contemporary nurse education, with a specific focus on clinical skills, simulated activities, and an interest in a variety of teaching and learning approaches.

**About you**:
You will need to be an experienced Adult Nurse with a passion for passing on your knowledge of clinical nursing skills to student nurses. Educated to degree level and/or equivalent professional qualification with experience in clinical practice, you will be able to demonstrate the current clinical knowledge, experience and assessment skills required to support the development of students, along with experience of working with students either individually or on a group basis on skills identification, awareness and development. The successful applicant will need to be student-focused on their approach and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with students, staff and employers.
