**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of carrying out stock condition surveys to occupied and void properties and communal areas
- Good understanding of risk factors, including Health and Safety associated with Stock Condition Survey related work
- Relevant professional qualification or significant stock surveying experience
- Knowledge of residential construction, both refurbishment and new build
- Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office and ability to manage the stock condition data base and provide reports

**A bit about the role**:
As a **Stock Condition Surveyor**, you will:

- Develop effective working relationships with Peabody colleagues and external agencies
- Support the delivery of the planned, cyclical and maintenance programmes and services and Asset Management Strategy.
- Work proactively with residents and Peabody colleagues to ascertain programme priorities and service needs
- Play a key role in developing customer expectations and other key stakeholders involvement in a programme of projects.
- Understand, analyse and act upon all aspects of customer feedback and Peabody’s performance relating to your programme delivery through the use of available management information reporting tool
- Pro-actively ensure that any underperformance or service failure is addressed to ensure that programme targets and operational KPI’s are met: using legal and contractual knowledge to resolve issue
- Liaise with external organisations as appropriate
- Responsible for health & safety issues within the responsibility of the post
- This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle._
