Customer Service Administrator

Rthirteen are supporting a commercial manufacturer in their search for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join their team. Providing excellent customer service and administration support, you will ensure deliveries run as scheduled and customers are highly satisfied with their service.
**Duties to include**:
- Communicating with customers prior to deliveries to provide date and time details of deliveries within agreed timescales.
- Completing pre-delivery checks to obtain all relevant information including access to site/
- Promptly and accurately updating software to ensure delivery instructions are released in appropriate timescales.
- Liaising with and keeping stakeholders up-to-date on any information that may impact deliveries.
- Ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
- Providing general administrative support to internal teams as required.
**You will have/be**:
- Previous experience working in a business-to-business environment
- Commercially minded with organisational awareness
- A keen eye for detail
- Well organised with excellent time management
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to follow procedures and work at a high standard
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Offered salary of £19,000 per annum.
