**HR/Recruitment/Payroll Officer**
Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours of Work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

Working within the HR Team, your areas of responsibility will be varied:

- Preparing and processing 2 bureau payrolls per month for approx. 350 employees, ensuring accurate processing of salaries/worked hours, overtime, deductions, pensions, and additions such as bonus payments.
- Maintain all employee master data within the company’s HR systems, including payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate employee work and absence records.
- Complete new starter and leaver and onboarding processes.
- Completion of RTI submissions for tax codes and expense changes.
- Managing pension schemes and contribution payments.
- Completion of annual salary reviews, bonus payments, P11Ds.
- Completion of payroll-related reports
- HR Management reporting

What we are looking for:

- Experience working within a similar role, either within recruitment, HR or payroll, excellent IT and numeracy skills are essential.
