Graduate Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of a property
- Use surveying instruments and equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for project planning and design
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and equipment, such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD software for drafting and mapping purposes
- Experience with data management systems, such as ArcGIS, for organizing and analyzing survey data
- Familiarity with land surveying techniques, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking
**Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately measure distances, angles, and elevations
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges or discrepancies encountered during the surveying process
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the project requirements
