**Location: Westminster, London with flexibility of some remote working**
**Starting Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on number of RO exams) + bonus and b enefits**

**Hours: Full-time**
St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
AAG Wealth Management was established in 1995 providing a holistic approach to Wealth Management. Currently we are looking after approximately 2000 clients with over £400m FUM serviced by 10 Wealth Managers (Advisers). In addition, AAG operates a FinancialEducation programme for corporate clients, a general insurance company (AAG Insurance Services) and a mortgage brokerage company (AAG Mortgage Brokerage).
**The Role - Trainee Associate Wealth Manager**:
Duties include but are not exclusive to:

- Attend Client Meetings with Wealth Managers
- Manage Action Points from Client Meetings
- Writing Post Approval Suitability letters and Business Submission
- Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, Lifetime Allowance Calculations
- Client Financial Review input/updating
- Manage Pipeline for Senior Wealth Manager
- Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports
- Drawdown Review Letters and Fund Switch Letters
- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)
- Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients
- Managing workflow through Asana software and Business Trackers
- Facilitation of defined benefit transfers
- Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software
- Critical Yield Calculations
- Manage Outsourced Letter Of Authority Process

**The Person**:
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an entrepreneurial, confident, motivated, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style.
You must have a degree and at least 3 years previous work experience and be strong in the following areas:

- Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services
- At least 2 CII RO exams
- High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
- High standard of written & verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
