**Position Summary**

We have an exciting position to join our People Operations Team as a Global Training Specialist, to develop, lead and deliver global training practices across the company.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- To enhance and improve the competencies of individual employees by designing and delivering training programs, which will advance employees workplace performance in alignment with Biosynth’s core values
- Identify training needs using the Skill’s Matrix
- Working with Manager’s across all sites to identify training requirements for departments and individuals
- Translate requirements into training programs which will develop employees for the next step of their career path
- Build annual training programs and prepare teaching plans
- Develop induction training programs for new hires, to ensure that there is a comprehensive onboarding plan
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor results
- Deliver training courses, both remotely and in person
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of delivering training programs in a corporate environment
- Prior experience in HR or training management.
- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand, to a variety of audiences
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Sound decision making and organisational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills

**Salary**: £37,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
