As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. - Supervise and manage a team of plasterer, mason and maintenance technicians
- Preparing construction sites, tools and materials.
- Assist contractors and tradesmen such as Carpenters, Bricklayers, Masons, Electricians and Plumbers in performing relevant activities.
- Develop and implement building and maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
- Manage budgets for maintenance projects and supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
