We know that providing person centred care and intervention can impact significantly on quality of life for women as well as that of their children and families.

About you: We are looking for 4.6 FTE perinatal practitioners to join the team. The post holders will primarily be required to work as a specialist practitioner providing evidence-based interventions to treat perinatal conditions. Your day-to-day activities will also include giving preconception advice to women with major mental health difficulties as well as providing specialist assessments and early identification of mental health issues using NICE recommendations with early referrals to mental health services when required.

These posts will be based at Hawthorne Court however the expectation will be to deliver interventions into Hull, East Riding and North Lincs patches.
