We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and computer-literate individual to join our growing Online & Retail Store team.

As an eCommerce Sales Assistant, your role will include tasks such as picking and preparing items for dispatch along with general day-to-day tasks to enable the smooth operation of our online & retail store.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support and participation in Social Media content including; TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Retail floor presence. Work collaboratively with the retail team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations in the store.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks.
- Assist in scheduling weekly social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
- Understand the EXCEL CLOTHING tone of voice and implement it across all platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtownards, BT23 4JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
