**Role Overview**

Whitehaven Marina, part of the Marina Projects Group, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated individual to oversee our day to day marina operations. Supervising the marina operations team at this picturesque marina, you will be responsible for the safe, smooth and efficient activities of our team in order to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day marina activities leading our dedicated team
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout our facilities
- Ensure timely inspections and maintenance of marina infrastructure
- Coordinate berth allocations, reservations, and boat lifting schedules
- Uphold safety standards and compliance with marina regulations
- Collaborate with the Manager to enhance operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a supervisory role within a marina or related field
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of marina operations, safety protocols, and customer service
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of marina activities
