Cobbs is a true highland company, starting in 2002 in the small Loch Ness-Side village of Drumnadrochit. We have since expanded out into the rest of Scotland with our own Brewery, Bakery, 17 Cafes and 3 Hotels scattered across the country

At Cobbs Cafe Dunfermline, located in the new Sterling Home Furniture, we're looking for a fun, energetic and hardworking Supervisor to join our close knit team that can make great coffee and provide our customers with even better service

Your responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking their orders.
- Confidently run the shift, close off tills and look after staff breaks.
- Preparing various espresso based coffees and teas to a high level with confidence.
- Running food and coffee orders to customers tables.
- Keeping your station clean and tidy throughout your shift.
- Helping close down the cafe each evening, sweeping the floor and cleaning dishes.
- Experience making espresso based drinks with confidence, understanding milk texturing and latte art.
- Management experience
- Has an uplifting personality and likes working closely with other team members.
- Is clean and well organised with an attention to detail.
- Gives customers the best possible experience they can.
- Can remain calm during busy periods.
- Is flexible with work scheduling.
- Has good communication skills.

We're looking for a part time hire who can work each weekend and flexible with other days throughout the week.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
